Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At BAWAAL, every product is made-to-order specifically for you once your order is placed. This helps us reduce overproduction and create more responsibly. Because of this, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds
As all BAWAAL products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for the following:
Change of mind
Incorrect size ordered by the customer
Personal preference or dissatisfaction
Colour variations caused by different screen or display settings
Delay in delivery caused by courier partners after dispatch
Incorrect address provided during checkout
Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
A damaged product
A manufacturing defect
The wrong item
The wrong size sent by us

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bawaalofficial.in with:
Your Order ID
Clear photographs of the product
Images of the packaging (if applicable)
A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will provide a replacement or another suitable resolution at no additional cost.

Important Information
Products that have been:
Worn
Washed
Altered
Damaged after delivery
will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Each product is printed specifically for your order and cannot be resold once production has begun.

Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not entered production. To request a cancellation, email us at support@bawaalofficial.in with your Order ID within the cancellation window.
If your cancellation request is approved:
A full refund will be issued to your original payment method. 
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Once an order has been sent for production, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or stopped.
